This lovely studio with dining room has one queen bed and one single bed, en-suite bathroom, couch, TV, basic cooking facilities.

The second room has a basic kitchenette with a dining table, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee facilities but no hotplates or oven.  There is no sink in this room but dishes are washed in the daily servicing.

Dishes are done as part of the daily service.

The internet is FREE with WI-FI.

There is an outdoor seating area in the garden

Sleeps 1 -3 comfortably.

Tariff

Summer: 1 Nov – 30 Apr   $150  (2 Adults)
Winter:    1 May – 31 Oct   $140   (2 Adults)

The tariff is for 2 adults. 

There is a $30 charge for an extra adult and $20 per extra child.   

EFTPOS, Mastercard and Visa are accepted.  (A fee of 2.5% will be added to any credit card transaction which goes straight to the credit companies)
